All orders are dispatched from our distribution center located in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Our goal is to provide a seamless logistics experience, from the moment you click “Order” to the moment your car accessories arrive at your door.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
- Peak Seasons: During holiday periods or major automotive sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Verification: If your order requires additional security verification (e.g., mismatched billing and shipping addresses), shipment may be delayed until the information is confirmed. We will notify you via scalenaneity@haulintonautomotive.com if such a delay occurs.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN CANADA)
As a Canadian-based company, we offer various shipping options across all provinces and territories:
- Ontario & Quebec: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Western & Atlantic Canada: Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.
- Northern Territories: Delivery times may vary depending on the remote nature of the location, typically 7–14 business days.
- Courier Partners: We primarily use Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA & WORLDWIDE)
We ship our automotive accessories globally to enthusiasts everywhere.
- USA: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days via cross-border courier services.
- International: Depending on the destination and local postal efficiency, international shipping may take 10–21 business days.
- Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders due to carrier restrictions on automotive fluids or oversized parts.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- Within Canada: Sales tax (HST/GST/PST) will be applied at checkout based on the destination province.
- Outside Canada: HAULINTON Automotive Parts & Accessories Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, and brokerage fees). Please consult your local customs office for potential costs before purchasing.
6. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the total weight, dimensions of the automotive parts, and the final destination. We strive to offer competitive rates by working closely with our logistics partners.
7. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your package leaves our Brampton facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
8. DELIVERY ISSUES & DAMAGES
- Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at +1 905 459 4447 immediately. We cannot change the destination once the package has been picked up by the courier. The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to us.
- Damaged Items: If your automotive tools arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and email them to scalenaneity@haulintonautomotive.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local sorting office before filing a claim with us.
9. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from HAULINTON are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options with “Signature Required” for high-value automotive electronics.
